What Is It?

Love trains and wine? Then this is a wine festival you don’t want to miss. The Steam Train Wine Festival is an unforgettable experience, allowing guests to sample delicious foods and over 40 wines from leading artisanal food and wine producers. There will also be live music that will not only provide entertainment but also create the perfect ambience for your train ride to Magalies. This exclusive event is limited to just 530 people, so make sure you book now before it’s too late. You’ll be able to buy artisanal foods during in the event (not included in the ticket price) as well as a picnic hamper for two available at R385 (order and book yours ASAP). Kids are welcome to join in on the fun, as there will be activities and a kiddies area available onboard.

Saturday, 19 August 2017 from 08:30 – 18:00.

Where Is It?

The train leaves from Joburg Park Station (Rissik Street, CBD, Johannesburg) and will make its way to Magaliesburg Train Station.

How Much Is It?

The event is limited to 530 per people, so make sure you book your spot ASAP. Tickets cost between R160 – R3 300. Ticket prices are as follows:

  • R160 per child under 13
  • R260 per child aged between 13 – 17 years
  • R435 per adult
  • R3 300 per VIP compartment for groups of 6 (R550 per person)
