Four Seasons The Westcliff will be featuring an exciting menu of Canadian flavours from 04-10 July. The visiting Canadian Executive chef, François Blais, alongside the Four Seasons chef, Dirk Gieselmann, will be combining South African and locally found Canadian ingredients to make up an original menu created to Celebrate Canada’s National Day in South Africa.
From 04-08 July, a three course menu is available at Flames for lunch and dinner. The 9th and 10th of July will only be for dinner at R425 per person. Be sure not to miss this!
