Calling all music lovers! Get ready for a heart-warming collaboration of Classic and Orchestral music by Buskaid Soweto String Ensemble and internationally celebrated pianist, Melvyn Tan!

Expect to be blown away by the live performance of Mozart’s Piano Concerto no 12 in A major, K414. The Buskaid Soweto String Ensemble has played in many of the world’s most prestigious concert halls, including the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London. Don’t miss their incredible duet with Singapore-born British classical pianist superstar, Melvyn Tan. And as always, expect some spirited Kwela to round off the evening. Other works on the programme include the Waltz from Masquerade by Aram Khachaturian, Rameau’s overture to Pigmalion, and Navarra by Pablo de Sarasate.

About Melvyn Tan: Melvyn Tan established his international reputation in the 1980s with pioneering performances on fortepiano, and continues to cast fresh light on music conceived for the piano’s early and modern forms. Tan has performed as concerto soloist with prestigious ensembles such as the London Philharmonic Orchestra and many more.
