Join style and Visa, the most widely accepted card around the world, for the first Supper Club at Linger Longer in Sandton, where master chef Walter Ulz and Laurent- Perrier will introduce you to a taste sensation of food, champagne and wine pairing. Enjoy a welcome glass of bubbly and an amuse bouche of foie gras before tucking into a mouth-watering five-course meal that includes cured salmon in juniper berries, roasted beetroot stuffed with chevre served on soft polenta, mussel cracker or crispy duck with chermoula crusted lamb, and a delicious Pavlova dessert. The courses will be paired with Laurent-Perrier Brut Non Vintage, Joostenberg Chenin Viognier, Nitida Sauvignon Blanc, Mont du Toit Le Coteaux and Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut.
