1/2 shot orange liqueur
3/4 shot cognac
1/4 shot cherry syrup
3/4 glass brut champagne
- Add all the ingredients but the champagne and glazed cherries into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir and strain the mixture into a champagne glass.
- Top up with brut champagne of your choice and drop one cherry down the centre of the drink.
