2 Rooibos tea bags
2 cups water
1 cup apple juice
1 cinnamon quill
Apple slices for garnish
Add the tea bags, water, juice and cinnamon quill to a small pot.
Bring to the boil and once bubbling remove from the heat.
Set aside to allow the flavours to infuse for 10 – 20 minutes.
Bring back to the boil, remove the tea bags and cinnamon and serve hot garnished with fresh apple slices.
Sweeten with honey if needed.
