Now you can strap up and hop on and zip over a pond of hungry Nile crocodiles, while all your friends look on in amazement and 100 crocs watch from below! The FlyOver gives adventurers the heart-stopping opportunity to glide over three different sized crocodile enclosures, ranging in sizes from one metre to five metres – a daring and thrilling ride of note!
Kids will absolutely loves this new activity. Of course it’s all safe and secure and the entertaining experience begins with a brief safety and orientation session, led by highly trained guides. Our colleague got to experience the new FlyOver first hand and felt like she was in safe hands the whole time!
The zip line tour consists of two cable sections or slides with three platforms – the starting, the middle and the ending platform. The total length of the tour is 150 metres and is a rip-roaring time!
Plus, once you have completed the ‘course’ you will get a photograph and a really official-looking certificate to commemorate your bravery (because what’s the point of doing this if you don’t get to tell all your friends about it?)
The exciting new activity is priced at only R95 for adults and R75 for children (under 12-years-old).
Croc City Crocodile & Reptile Park is located just five minutes from Fourways and is an amazing place for kids and adults to learn more about crocodiles and other reptiles! Kids can marvel at the giant crocs, hold a baby crocodile, touch exotic snakes and get up close and personal with a tarantula all in one day!
There is also an amazing eatery on site where you can fill up on cold drinks and delicious wood-fired pizza (including a Crocodile Pizza!).
The park and restaurant are open seven days a week from 09h00 to 16h30, including public holidays.
