De-Bloating Fennel Smoothie


We all want a flat belly, right? But sometimes belly bloat happens… you know, after a big meal or when your digestive system is under a bit of stress. Not to worry, though; the next time you’re feeling bloated, you can blend up this delicious de-bloating fennel smoothie to flatten your tummy instantly!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint
  • 1/2 cup chopped fennel
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (or you can use one pitted date or a few drops of liquid stevia)
  • 2 tsp cacao mix
  • Handful of ice cubes

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high-speed for one minute, then serve immediately.
