Join me in celebration of the ancient art of belly dance. In my classes I empower women by providing them with the tools and inspiration that they need in order to develop greater self-confidence. What are these tools? Freedom of self-expression through dance and a sense of strength and centeredness that comes from the development of good postural awareness. And of course attitude!!
On a purely physical level Belly dance is a really good form of exercise, toning the belly muscles, strengthening the back and developing suppleness from your fingertips to your toes. In my particular style of Belly Dance we also work the upper arms and upper a back a lot, which is really great for developing good posture. So you get quite a comprehensive workout!
