Easy Fruit and Nut Bowl


Snacks shouldn’t bare burden on your conscience or make you feel terrible about yourself afterwards. That’s why we’ve put together this simple little fruit and nut bowl recipe just for you. It’s packed with nutrition which will boost your immune system.

This fruit and nut mixture is the perfect snack for those of us who aren’t into junk food or just trying to live healthier. Single serving on the go, baby!

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 apple
1 orange
15 almonds

Directions

1. Slice the apple into eights and remove the seeds.
2. Do the same with the orange and remove the skin as well.
3. Pop it into your favourite cereal bowl, sprinkle those almonds all round and enjoy.
