The entertainment mecca, Emperors Palace, presents Afrikaans singing sensation Dozi and acclaimed songstress Nianell in concert, performing songs from their first ever duet album, It Takes Two.

An unlikely combination, but one that works very well for a musical collaboration; the album offers music lovers a beautiful 14-track contribution filled with love songs and moving melodies. With Dozi’s rough-hewed voice complimenting Nianell’s trademark vocals; this sexy scorcher of a compilation certainly proves that opposites can create something truly magical.

Fans of these two remarkable artists can look forward to familiar songs, but with a unique Dozi and Nianell twist to them. Amongst the songs that will be performed are classics such as Makin Whoppee and Baby It’s Cold Outside, including movie and stage signatures tunes like The Time of My Life and Beauty and the Beast. Nianell says, “Our voices really complement each other, and I think that through them, and the fun that we had in the studio, we have been able to breathe new life into songs that music fans are very familiar with.”

It Takes Two at Emperors Palace is a must-see and promises to provide audiences with the ultimate entertainment experience. Beautiful costumes and choreographed dancing sequences will compliment their shows. ‘It’s a challenge for both of us, but we want to do it because the material in our album lends itself to something more theatrical,” Nianell reveals. “Besides, we really want to take the songs to audiences of all backgrounds and we both love performing live.”
