If you’ve had the pleasure of visiting Milk Bar in Kramerville or the one on Pritchard Street, then you’ll know about the range of food and drink options that they have on their menu.
We recently paid a visit to the one in Keyes Avenue, and we’re loving the look and vibe of the place. As you may know, there’s a lot of exciting things happening in Rosebank these days, so the addition of Milk Bar is completely appropriate. The décor in the restaurant is bright and colourful, with traditional African prints and natural plants and foliage everywhere.
The atmosphere in this particular Milk Bar is busy and lively – which is perfect for a coffee or catch-up with friends. And now for the menu… it features several types of cuisine, including breakfast options, flatbreads, bunny chows, salad bowls, platters and more.
To quench your thirst, they have rich aromatic coffees (we highly recommend the cappuccino… it’s so good!), loose leaf African teas and a few cold drink options. On a side note… seeing as spring is here, and the weather is warming up, why not try their Iced Lemonade and Mint? In our opinion, it’s the perfect drink for a sunny day.
So Joburgers, if you’re in the Rosebank area, be sure to pop by Milk Bar – it’s definitely worth checking out! For more information, visit their Facebook page.
