Half-Day Course in Meditation
Meditation is a method for making our mind calm and peaceful. So much of the stress and tension we normally experience comes from the mind. By practicing meditation and learning positive ways of thinking we can free ourselves from worries and mental discomfort and develop inner peace and happiness.
Come and learn about different aspects of meditation and positive thinking. On this half-day course you will be guided through simple techniques and given practical advice to help you begin and maintain a daily meditation practice. Together students will explore the many ways in which regular meditation naturally brings happiness and peace into our lives.
This course is suitable for beginners, but those who attended the “Discover Meditation” Course in May will find that it builds on the topics discussed then.
