The Farm to Lunch Table is the perfect way to enjoy a relaxed Sunday afternoon under the trees with your loved ones, indulging in fine food and a beautiful, serene view.
Expect delights such as rustic pork and roasted nut terrine, locally farmed trout and line fish mousse, break and share oven baked pot breads with farm butter. A few of the main course options include open fire marinated roasted leg of lamb, extra virgin basted feathered and free oven baked chicken, caramelised pumpkins and squashes with farm toddler carrots and much more. Dessert will be a feast for the eyes with a range of floating desserts, including farm picked blue berry panna cotta, decadent meringue roulade with summer berries and light custard and Rustic skillets with caramelised marshmallows and dark chocolate served with home-made sweet biscuits. Take the kids along for a treat of flamed chicken burgers with harvest tomatoes, mixed lettuce and farm cheese, served with vegetable kettle fried crisps.
