The next F&HE/AEG Culinary Academy promises to be a sweet treat. You’ll learn how to make deliciously decadent desserts with Capsicum Culinary Studio’s Head Chefs Deon Roets (Johannesburg) and Louise Oldham (Pretoria). The desserts will be complemented by wines from Simonsig Estate. Fresh juice, supplied by Sir Juice, will be available throughout the course.
