30ml fresh lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
1 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup brut sparling wine
- Slice a spiral of lemon skin from the lemon.
- Combine the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and ice cubes in a shaker.
- Pour into glass and top with sparkling wine.
- Add lemon spiral as dressing to the drink.
