It’s half-time and you’ve got 15 minutes to prepare a snack for the second half of the game. This is what you’ll need to pull it off:
1 big bag of Tortilla chips (the blue packet of Dorito’s will do just fine)
- 2 cups grated mature cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa (chop up some tomato, red onion and coriander)
- 4 tbsp diced green chillies (optional)
- 1/2 cup Guacamole
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
Scatter the chips over a microwavable plate, top with cheese and nuke it for about 50 seconds. Once the cheese is melted, top it with the salsa, chillies, guac and sour cream. Done!
