What is it?

Make your children’s dreams come true and spoil them with exclusive toys from Hamleys! With three stores having recently opened in South Africa in just three months, Hamleys is getting even bigger and is set to open up a fourth store at Eastgate Shopping Centre in March 2016.

Kids are now open to an exciting world of amazing toys to choose from and keep them entertained. The Hamleys Bubble-ator, Hamleys Magic Plastic, Hamleys Magic Drawing Board, Hamleys Gigantic Keyboard Playmat, Hamleys Snap It Catching Game and more will all be available at reasonable prices.

Philip Paphitis of Hamleys SA, says, “The new Eastgate store will be our largest store to date, in a custom-built addition to the existing Eastgate Shopping Centre, and is a conversion from an existing toy store, Caves Toyshop, which traded for 27 years. The success of the first 3 stores, which have exceeded all our expectations, means that landlords are very eager to add Hamleys to their retail mix and we are able to retain our exclusivity by choosing only leading shopping destinations.”

  1. Hamleys is amazing. I am a 66 year old grandfather and simply lost myself in the Hamleys store in Sandton. Could go mad with purchasing toys and games
