Anyone who has tried this rich and creamy mayonnaise will tell you how it certainly “brings out the best” of any meal. And what better way to experience the best of Hellmann’s combined with the best of any burger? With an aim to support burger maestros who have a passion for creating great food with Hellmann’s – burger chefs with Hellmann’s in their blood – Hellmann’s set out on the hunt for some of South Africa’s greatest and most innovative burgers from restaurants, cafés, bistros and bars around the country.

In partnership with 24 of our country’s top burger joints, Hellmann’s is proud to reveal the 2017 Hellmann’s Burger Route. The #BurgerRouteZA partners include; from Johannesburg, Gourmet Garage, BGR, Croft & co., Burger Republic, The Great Burger Company (Morningside, Fourways and Illovo) and The Wolf Pack; in Pretoria, Carbon Bistro, Mustang Sally’s and Ribs and Burgers; in Cape Town, Jerry’ Burger Bar, Redemption Burgers, Ragafellows, Slug and Lettuce, Craft Burger Car, Rockstar Diner, Café Magnifico and Saints Burger Joint; and in Durban, Ink Food Kwa Mashu, Union Square (Hillcrest and Durban North), Waxy O’Connors and Browns Pub and Grill (Umhlanga).

You have some winning spirit in your blood? Well, these 24 venues and our beloved mayonnaise will be showcasing their signature Hellmann’s burgers with customers. Just by indulging in the burgers, you could win an awesome prize on the spot (at restaurant’s discretion). As if that’s not awesome enough already, by simply snapping and sharing a picture, video, boomerang, or other, on social media, with #BurgerRouteZA and tagging @HellmannsZA and the establishment, you also stand a chance to win a variety of fun-food prizes (T’s and C’s apply). Sounds like time to eat and win something doesn’t it? (Only applicable during the months of April, May and June, 2017).
