Let The Kids Burn Off Some Steam

If you’re a parent, you’ll understand the following statement… we don’t know where kids get all their energy from. It’s insane. One minute they’re melting into the couch glued to their phones or iPads as motionless as can be, then the next thing you know, they’re bouncing off the walls and swinging from the chandelier! But don’t worry, there are plenty of ways to burn off that steam.

SWAT Laser Tag – a make-believe combat game for kids over the age of 6 that uses infrared beams instead of paint!

Jozi-X – an exciting venue comprising 8 inflatable obstacles, mountain boarding, slacklining, parkour, bubble soccer and more!

Acrobranch – kids can build self-confidence (and muscles) while navigating a variety of obstacle courses through the trees.

Bounce – it’s fun AND it’s great exercise – book a double slot for the kids while you relax or work in the on-site coffee shop.

The Ski Deck – let them learn to ski, bum board and snowboard (and discover muscles they didn’t know they had!). No snow needed.

The Woods Paintball – a variety of excellent locations can be found in Joburg – we’re great fans of this low-impact version for younger players.

City Rock – kids aged 5 and up can (quite literally) climb the walls at this superb venue in Randburg. It’s a must-visit for all ages.

RollEgoli – roller-skate or rollerblade for hours on over 1000 sqm of concrete flooring (yes, you’ll want to have a go too!)

YEESH – an indoor play centre in Woodmead that also offers crafts, baking and more for kids under 12.

Honeydew Mazes – navigate your way through a giant “maize maze” before enjoying a well-deserved ice cream!

PwC Bike Park – suitable for kids of all ages, mountain bikers and trail runners, this collection of tracks in Bryanston is always a win and great value for money!
