Marinated Feta

We know you’ve probably spent way too much time in the kitchen over the holidays, so here is a dead easy ‘recipe’ that not only makes use of bits-and-pieces in your fridge, but takes no time at all to throw together!

You will need
A glass jar, sterilised in boiling water
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Feta, cut into bite sized cubes
Fresh Rosemary
Fresh Thyme
Fresh Garlic cloves, quartered
Sundried Tomatoes, quartered

How to make it
Arrange all the ingredients in the glass jar and cover with olive oil. Seal tightly with the lid and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least two days.

Serve as tapas, with salad or in pasta.

You can also use mozzarella in this way.
Add the herbs and flavours of your choice – and some chillies to spice it up.
Tie a pretty ribbon around the jar to make a great gift.
