The Maypole Market

The first day of May will see the Maypole Market taking place at the Wanderers’ main clubhouse in Ilovo. The market will celebrate the best in bespoke arts, crafts and eats. From delicious food, home made sodas and organic beauty products to handmade jewellery, entertainment and everything in between will be at the market as well. The event starts at 10:00 and ends at 16:00.

Hollard JUMA

The Hollard Jozi Urban Mountainbike Adventure (JUMA) has two separate routes in 2016: a 22km & 54km urban ride through the heart of the biggest urban forest in the world – Johannesburg. Partnering with City Parks and the Johannesburg Zoo, Hollard has created a route that will take you on an adventure and give you the chance to pocket your share of R180 000 in cash. This year they have a custom-built course to the value of R1.5 million, featuring storm water drains, underground tunnels, and floating bridge. The JUMA will be taking place on the the 29 May 2016. Geekfest 2016

Lions v Blues at Emirates Park

On the 14 May 2016 the Lion’s Den will see our pride and joy take on the Blues in the 2016 Super Rugby Tournament. Support our boys by attending the match which kicks off at 19:15.
