We are huge fans of Fairlady’s workshops – and this one sounds amazing! The “New Perspective’s Workshop” will be held at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Rosebank on Saturday, 8th of October from 8am to 1pm. Guest speakers include Glynis Mackenzie, who will help you to identify your goals and plan how to achieve them; Trudy van der Spuy, who will help you gain new understanding of the mind/body/spirit connection; and Graham Le Sar, who will help you open your mind to higher possibilities, and to recognise and change self-limiting beliefs. The “New Perspectives Workshop” is a practical workshop, so be sure to bring a pair of scissors, a glue stick and about five old magazines with you. The price is R250 per person, which includes breakfast and a six-month subscription to Fairlady!
About the speakers:
Glynis Mackenzie will help you to identify your goals and plan how to achieve them. Her advice? Dare to dream. She’ll guide you on a fun yet meaningful journey of self-discovery.
Trudy van der Spuy, an alternative therapist, will then take you on a fascinating journey through the energy system. You’ll learn about each chakra making up your energy field, and gain new understanding of the mind/body/spirit connection. Trudy will also explain how your energy fields affect your relationships, personal wealth and basic levels of creativity.
Of course, you also want to work less, have more fun and earn more money – which is why we’ve roped in highly acclaimed holistic life and business coach, Graham Le Sar. He’ll help you to open your mind to higher possibilities, and to recognise and change self-limiting beliefs about yourself.
The New Perspectives workshop will leave you invigorated and motivated to tackle life head-on!
