The Pan African Health Congress has found its niche as an important business-to-business (B2B) forum for healthcare decision makers and solutions providers to meet, network, exchange information and ideas, and to establish valuable business relationships.

Drawing on the lessons and successes of 2006, The Pan African Health Congress 2007 will be strongly focused on enabling and facilitating B2B networking, going so far as to actively serve as matchmaker between parties representing the continent’s Health Ministries; NGOs; Procurement and Funding Agencies; and the local and global private sectors and private service providers.

Funding of course remains a key driver for effective healthcare management and service delivery, and the conference will again explore the many needs, opportunities and solutions that exist in respect of that most pressing of all health issues facing the continent – Accessing and Managing Funding for Healthcare Initiatives in Africa.

The key components then of the Pan African Health Congress 2007 will be the conference, B2B Networking Forum and the Absa Healthcare Initiative Awards (formerly known as the Pan African Health Awards).

On Tuesday, 18th and Wednesday, 19th of September 2007
