2 tilapia fillets
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp parmesan
1 tbsp cornmeal
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Steak spice mix
2 tbsp olive oil
- Place the fish on a plate and drizzle with milk.
- In a separate bowl, mix the parmesan, cornmeal, salt and pepper, and steak spice.
- Dredge the fish in the dry rub. Coat both sides well.
- Over a medium heat, place olive oil in nonstick pan and cook the fish for 5 minutes on each side, or until a golden crust forms and fish is cooked through.
