The world famous, multi-platinum, three-time Grammy Award winning group, the Black Eyed Peas, will be returning to South Africa, due to popular demand, for a one-night only live performance in October, brought to you by PEPSI and DORITOS.
The Black Eyed Peas, who are headlining the global ‘Pepsi Doritos Black, Blue and You Tour’, which kicks off this September, will be performing at The NASREC Expo Centre in Johannesburg, on Friday, 12th of October. They will be supported by South Africa’s very own Bongo Muffin.
The global ‘Pepsi Doritos Black, Blue and You Tour’ sees the Black Eyed Peas performing in over thirteen countries including Russia, Romania, Hungary, Sweden, Poland, Nigeria, Brazil and Australia. The full complement of band members who will be on tour include Fergie, Will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo. Fans of the Black Eyed Peas can also look forward to Fergie and Will.i.am performing the latest singles off their hit solo albums.
The group is Pepsi and Doritos latest celebrity endorser, and is an extension of Pepsi’s global, iconic partnerships. The Black Eyed Peas have sold over 17 million CD’s worldwide, and their hits which have broken the music charts on numerous occasions, include “Don’t Phunk With My Heart”, “Where Is The Love”, “Let’s Get It Started” and “Shut Up”.
The tour is officially sponsored by Pepsi and Doritos, and tickets are available at Computicket. Ticket prices are R350.00 per person for Golden Circle, and R150.00 per person for general admission.
