Pork Fried Rice (Kao Phad Mhu)

Ingredients
1. 30 ml cooking oil
2. 80 g pork neck – thin slices
3. 1 egg
4. 2 stems Thai Broccoli – 2 cm cut
5. 200 g steamed Spekko Jasmine Fragrant Rice (or 1 bowl)
6. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
7. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
8. 1/2 tbsp white sugar
9. 1/2 tbsp salt
10. 6 slices onion
11. 4 tomato wedges
12. 1 lemon wedge
13. 1 stem spring onion (for garnish)
14. 1 stem coriander –cut into short pieces
15. 3 slices cucumber for decoration
16. 2 slices tomatoes for decoration

Method:

Heat up the wok and put No,1 and No.2 until the pork is cooked then put No.3 in wok. When the egg sets, add No. 4 to 9 and stir and mix well. Then add No.10 & 11 to stir fried a little bit then transfer to the serving plate. Garnish with No. 13 and 14 and put No.12, 15 and 16 on the side and ready to serve.
