The Prue Leith Catering Company launched in April 2005, building on the quality of the chefs and food produced by the College. The catering company seeks to emulate the excellence of the College by delivering the highest quality food to a destination of the customer’s choice.
As a result of many requests from students and the demand for up-market, quality offsite catering, the Prue Leith Group created Prue Leith Catering. Located in Centurion, it allows easy access to both Johannesburg and Pretoria.
Prue Leith Catering has a selection of standard menus ranging from cocktail and snack menus to sumptuous six course dinners. These menus are designed to stimulate the customer’s ideas and menus can then be developed to meet their individual needs. Menus are designed to suit every occasion, from private dinner parties, business lunches, cocktail parties, weddings, boardroom functions to very large banquets and other events.
The fine quality and professional standards provide top quality fresh food, attractive presentation and professional service at a venue of your choice.
The options are limitless and vary widely from irresistible exotic menus for summer, to rich wholesome and flavoursome winter foods. For those in between times, they can design different theme food menus like spicy Thai, Japanese Sushi or sensory Middle Eastern dishes.
Delectable and sometimes quite decadent, handmade Belgian chocolates and petit fours are normally included with each menu and add that extra sweet touch. Prue Leith Catering will also pair the selected menu with the appropriate wines, in keeping with your requirements.
