Frozen Blueberry Smoothie

High in antioxidants to give your mind and body a great energy boost.

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fat-free plain yoghurt
  • 1T raw honey

Frozen Strawberry Smoothie

Rich in vitamin C to keep your heart healthy and stave off cold and flu symptoms.

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fat-free plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup organic strawberry jam

Frozen Banana Smoothie

High in potassium for healthy blood pressure, with a touch of nutmeg to improve immune system function.

  • 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1T pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

Add the ingredients to your blender and blend on high-speed for one minute or until completely smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy right away.
