Sci-Bono Discovery Centre is located in Newtown. It is best known as place of learning, skills development and interactive discovery. The centre includes state of the art classrooms, a 240 seater auditorium, two fully equipped science laboratories and an ICT laboratory and caters for birthday parties and learning holiday programmes.
It also offers Speak2aScientist that provides an informal platform for the community to engage with scientist and the latest scientific research. This takes place on the last Thursday evening of the month, 18h00 for 18h30 and lasts until 20h30. Free, safe and well lit parking is available directly in front of the building and the coffee shop is open for light refreshments.
