Spicy Chicken with Basil and Spekko Rice

1. 2 tbsp cooking oil
2. 1/2 tbsp crushed garlic
3. 80 g minced chicken
4. 10 g fresh basil leaves
5. 10 slices white onion
6. 2 red chillies
7. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
8. 1/2 tbsp white sugar
9. 1 tbsp soy sauce
10. 1 egg
11. 200 g steamed Spekko Jasmine Fragrant Rice (or 1 bowl)

Heat up the wok and put No,1 and No.2 until the garlic turned light golden and then put No.3 to stir in wok. When the chicken is cooked, add No.4 to 6 and stir fry a little bit then add No. 7 to 9 and stir well and mix well. Put No.10 and 11 on the serving plate then transfer the spicy chicken onto the dish and ready to serve.
