Newly appointed Executive Chef at The Westcliff, Dario de Angeli, with his two “main men”, Sous Chefs Greg Dorfling and Charles Hannay, are causing quite a stir at the helm of the hotel’s Food and Beverage department, most especially at the stylish and buzzing Polo Bar.
Guests at Polo Bar can look forward to a tasty tapas, Belgian beer and aged tequila menu as well as a winter Soup and Bubbles special, which offers an eclectic combination of French Champagnes with a Spinach, Morel and Truffle soup or perhaps a Duck, Asian Green and Teriyaki soup.
