You can also expect a chef’s theatre – where you will see celebrity chefs in a cook-off extravaganza – a coffee theatre, a chocolate workshop, a pairing workshop, a Cocoa Mokka music lounge and a Barista Jam competition.

7. The 702 Walk The Talk

While it may sound crazy to even suggest a fun day outside in winter, the 702 Walk the Talk is a great way to walk for a cause, belief or charity.

You can turn the walk, which is happening on 26 July, into a family event or even bring your little canine companions along. So … if perhaps, you’re all about doing the best you can for those that don’t have a warm place to sleep this winter, why not shed some light on this and take part in the race.

Tickets will cost you between R120 and R170, depending on your age and whether or not you plan to take part in the 5km, 8km or 15km walk.
