The House
Newly renovated and decorated, this lovely, secure house with fabulous views is situated in a prime location in sought-after Camps Bay. Half way between the beach and mountain, only two minutes drive from the buzzing beachfront, yet close to walking paths and scenic drives, it offers the perfect setting for your holiday in all seasons. The house accommodates eight in style and comfort, providing four double/twin bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with terrace facing the sweep of Camps Bay and the grandeur of Lion’s Head. Floor to ceiling glass across the main bedroom and lounge open to the horizon beyond the bay. The outlook from the superb wood and granite kitchen is to the cable station at the top of Table Mountain behind and the ocean in front. The bathrooms and bedrooms are stylish and contemporary. The lounge has surround sound home entertainment, with television, DVD and DSTV and open fire. It opens onto a terrace, with planted pots, gas barbecue and separate table and chairs. Wheelchair Access.

The villa is in the heart of Camps Bay between Table Mountain and the beach. It is ten minutes drive from the heart of the City, five minutes from Clifton beaches, fifteen minutes from the world-famous Waterfront complex, and thirty minutes from Cape Town International Airport.

It lies on a scenic coastal drive from the harbour around the Atlantic seaboard. The beautiful gardens of Kirstenbosch and Constantia are twenty minutes over Table Mountain, and the wine-lands of Stellenbosch and Franschoek are forty five minutes by car, as are the Indian Ocean beaches, False Bay, Simonstown and Cape Point.

Camps Bay is a palm fringed sandy beach with many amenities, ranging from the buzzing bars and restaurants along the beachfront, and including a theatre restaurant, supermarket, chemist, service station and ATM. The beachfront is a two minute drive and a seven minute walk from the villa.
