In partnership with Joburg.co.za, Brandhouse, Tabasco and The Ceres Beverage Company it is out with the boringly passé and in with some exciting new combinations like funky South African sushi, as only Executive Chef, Nicky Gibbs can make! Each course will be paired with the finest single malt Scotch whiskies.

Pairings will include:
• Avocado & pink Grapefruit roll, smoked Salmon and caramelized Onion roll and other funky sushi paired with Glenkinchie 12 year old single-malt scotch form the ‘Lowlands’
• Sesame & Spinach roll, Crispy Japanese egg noodle wrapped Prawn and Green Goddess roll paired with Glen Elgin 12 year old single-malt scotch from ‘Speyside’
• Hand held ‘BLT’, tempura Tuna roll and Udon noodle stir fry paired with Talisker 10 year old single-malt scotch from the ‘Isle of Skye’
• Sesame Shrimp and Mango roll, sweet Japanese rice delights and Green tea Ice cream paired with Caol Ila 12 year old single-malt scotch from ‘Islay’
The theme from the middle of October into November will be ‘Tequila, Tapas & Beer’ so forget swine flu and prepare for some Flamenco Fever as we tantalize your taste buds this October
