Breakfast Wraps To Brighten Up Your Morning!

Spruce up your breakfast by using the night before’s leftovers for the best breakfast wraps the morning after!

Serves 2
Ingredients 1 – 1 ½ cups shredded or sliced leftover meat (we used pork shoulder)
4 free range eggs
Salt and pepper
2 wraps
Fresh spinach
Piccalilli or atchar for serving


Quickly fry the meat in a pan to re heat. Remove, and set aside.

In the same pan, scramble the eggs to your liking. Season with salt and pepper.

Warm the wraps before compiling.

Layer some spinach leaves in the middle of the wrap, top with warm meat and scrambled eggs.

Close the wrap and serve immediately with Piccalilli or atchar.
