Dogs Unite Johannesburg 2018

Please note: The Dogs Unite event has been cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Did you know that your four-legged companions can be superheroes? Yes, they can! All they (and you, of course) need to do is head to Delta Park and join other Superheroes for a 5km doggy walk in aid of the SA Guide Dogs Association.

What Is It?

Calling all Super Dogs! Dogs Unite is a national 5km dog walk to celebrate International Guide Dog Day on 26 April 2018. Dogs Unite aims to unite dogs of all shapes and sizes across South Africa. By attending this event, your dog will become a hero for the day, helping raise much-needed funds and awareness for their canine friends – Guide Dogs.

As a token of appreciation for your support in changing the lives of those living with sight loss, every furry fundraiser will receive their very own cape (an accessory a hero simply can’t be without) as well as a special doggy certificate. Without you, the SA Guide Dogs Association wouldn’t be able to continue offering vital services to differently-abled individuals. Participants are encouraged to invite their friends, family and colleagues to join them as they step up and show the city what they are walking for.

When Is It?

Sunday, 25 March 2018 from 07:00 – 10:00.

Where Is It?

Delta Park, 77 Craighall Road, Victory Park, Randburg, Johannesburg.
