Park Runs are a great way to get fit in the outdoors. It’s also getting warmer so it’s the perfect time to start. If you’re not quite on marathon level yet, don’t worry, you don’t have to finish first … you can half run/half walk, jog or even just walk the whole way. It’s only 5kms and, if you go with a friend, the time will fly by and you’ll be done before you know it.
