Pride Weekend Music & Comedy 2016

Pride Weekend Music & Comedy is back for their 2016 instalment, and is two day extravaganza that you do not want to miss!

What is it?

Combining music and comedy, Pride Weekend 2016 brings festival-goers a weekend filled with the best in entertainment! To start off the celebration of Mzanzi talent, there will be live performances from local artists on Friday night. The musical lineup includes acts from The Soil, Mafikizolo, Black Motion and K2, MC (Blue and Tumi Stopnonsense) to get you dancing. The second fold of the event will take place on Saturday, ending the weekend with a comedy show, bringing some of the most hilarious comedians in South Africa to take centre stage. The comedy show lineup will include side-splitting stand-up comedy skits from Pule Skhothane, Trevor Gumbi, Salesman, Thapelo Tips, Joey Rasdien, Mdu Ntuli, Dillan Oliphant and Tumi Stopnonsense. The comedy show will be hosted by the popular and oh-so funny, Tall Ass Mo.

When is it?

Friday, 11 to Saturday, 12 March 2016. The musical extravaganza will take place on Friday, 11 March 2016, doors open at 18:00 and the show starts at 19:00. And the hot comedy show will take place on Saturday, 12 March 2016, doors open at 19:00 and the show starts at 20:00.

Where is it?

Carnival City’s Big Top Arena, Elsburg Road and Century Road, Brakpan.
