The 2006 Five Star Hotel Meander launches to the public on Tuesday, 12th of September. This year, guests will have six routes from which to choose with five hotels participating: Michelangelo Hotel, Hilton Hotel, Melrose Arch Hotel, Grace Hotel and Hyatt Hotel. Boschendal wine, juice and canapés will be served at the first hotel, then on to the next hotel for Starters, the next for Main Course then back to the original hotel for Dessert and Coffee. Bookings open on Monday, 21st of August – be the first to book because last year’s event was fully booked within a matter of days!

The 2006 Five Star Hotel Meander

Guests park at the first hotel for registration, canapés and a glass of Boschendal wine (or Ceres Sparkling or Evian Water)

They board the coach and are then taken to the next hotel on the route for starters.

Once again board the coach, this time with palate cleanser in hand and get whisked off to the next hotel on the route for the main course.

The next trip with a bottle of Ceres Sparkling in hand is back to the hotel where they parked and there they have a cheese course then dessert.

It’s roughly 65 people per hotel.

At each course, they are served a glass of Boschendal wine which has been matched with the dish being served.
