Food served at Clay Oven is prepared by first and second generation Portuguese and Greek Cypriot immigrants, adding that modern yet authentic flavour of the food they grew up with. Some of the regular meals people love eating whilst out are also included on the menu. Namely burgers, because who doesn’t love a good burger every now and then? Clay Oven also serves lasagne made with Greek Kefalotyri which is a hard goat’s cheese or a good dried halloumi and oregano. Vegetarians and vegans are also well catered for with the Quinoa Burger that has no bread, no wheat but flavourful veggies.
