The universal appeal of Alice in Wonderland can best be summed up in the words of Sir Walter Besant who wrote at the time
‘Alice in Wonderland is the only child’s book, perhaps, which can be read with equal pleasure by young and old. It is also the only children’s book of nonsense which is never childish though it always appeals to the child; it is a book of that extremely rare kind which will belong to all the generations to come.’
The strong cast of this colourful musical immerse themselves in the joy fun and fantasy of true children’s theatre and enthuse their audiences with meaningful audience participation.
