Have you booked your tickets? Don’t miss out on the Garden of Lights, a spellbinding festive season wonderland that’ll delight both young and old. This magical event returns to the Peermont D’oreale Grande Hotel gardens from 2 December 2016 until 8 January 2017 from 19:00 to 22:00 daily, weather permitting. And, this year they’ll not only be lighting up gardens, but also lives – as all proceeds will be donated to charity. Tickets are limited, so hurry!

Beautiful Creatures

Sing along to the magic and wonder of the Beautiful Creatures children’s show! Take your little ones to this uniquely South African, award-winning show and sing along to your favourite children’s songs about animals. Each song has been carefully crafted to entertain young audiences in a new way – from fun educational songs to songs dealing with emotional development, Beautiful Creatures has something for everyone. This ‘parent-friendly’ musical features songs by Alan Glass, Ed Jordan, and Paul Choritz.

Date: 08 December 2017 –  18 December 2016 at 14:00 and 18:00 (two shows daily).

Transformers Animatronics – Transformers Brought To Life 

Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, and the Rescue Bots will invade the African continent for the first time in the Transformers Animatronics Exhibition at Emperors Palace.  Visitors can look forward to breathtaking sculptures made from wrecked cars on display against the scenery of the legendary planet, Cybertron. And all this will be brought to life through eye-popping performance technology.

This travelling exhibition of international standards will feature 12 animated Transformers, nine sculptures scaled between 2m and 11m made from car parts, and a further 20 statues of all sizes.  An impressive arsenal of weapons used by the Transformers characters will also be showcased. Autobots and Decepticons will also be featured, accompanied by the latest Dino Bots and famous Rescue Bots, the famed pre-school series that has expanded the Transformers fan base.

Tickets are sold in 30-minute intervals. Ticket holders may arrive at any time between the times specified on the ticket and are welcome to visit the exhibition for as long as they wish.
