What is it?

This fun-filled, one-hour power workout will put men and women to the test to see who comes out on top this Valentine’s weekend. Go alone or take your partner, friend or family member for a unique outdoor Valentine’s workout. Not only is it a great way to keep in shape, but it’s also a great way to have loads of fun, socialise and feel good. And, as part of all the fun, there will be prizes up for grabs for the best-dressed and winning teams at the end of the challenge! You don’t need to be in peak physical condition to partake, as this event is open to participants of all fitness levels. Make sure you dress in your gym gear and take a towel or an exercise mat, water bottle, a cap, and a sense of humour with you!
